Mini Cup Ckaes. This is not fondont! It is normal icing, squiggler drawing gel (for mouth and eyes), and Rockets Candy for the soother!
Dress up a plain sign. We pasted the letter of the sign on two different colors of blue paper, and then used mini clothes pins to hang them on a string.
